Billing
After your request your estimate, you will be sent a estimate confirmation. Once you approve this estimate, send your tapes or DVD master with optional artwork to us in the mail. We will not not bill you until the job is complete* and ready for return shipping. When your items are paid for in full, they will shipped back to you promptly. You have the option of choosing either: • Electronic Payment - Electronic billing is more secure, convenient and accepts all forms of payment. If you choose electronic billing, it is important that you include a valid e-mail address when filling out the initial order form. We accept the two most common and secure electronic payment systems, Paypal and Google Checkout.    • Traditional Mailed Invoice - Yes,
even in these modern times, some folks still prefer a mailed invoice.
Choose this option when you fill out your initial order and we'll make
sure you get mailed an invoice. Checks can be made payable to Palmetto Video. Paying for your digital conversion or duplication is not only affordable, but convenient. *Note: We do not require any upfront deposits for any conversion orders under 25 tapes or duplications under 100 discs. If you are planning on converting more than 25 tapes or duplicating over 100 discs, we require a 25% deposit upon receiving your tapes or DVD master.
